Career Management Frameworks collection

Career management frameworks allow individuals to understand their career development and to create an action plan to work toward a desired future, and develop action plans. As managers and leaders, having a clear conceptual framework for career management can help personal development and in developing those who report to them. In this assignment, students drew upon career theories, motivation theories, and modern writing on the future of work to develop their own frameworks for implementation in their managerial practice.
