A thermocautery in a black leatherette case. The purple velvet-lined case measures 17.5 x 12.5 x 9.8 cm and contains: 1) thermo tank, 2) wood cautery handle, 3) cautery tips, 4) short extension, 5) rubber bulb syringe, and 6) green string net. The apparatus is in excellent condition, but the case is missing the lower clasp pin.
