This work proposes a novel analog representation using inter-pulse time (IPI), encoding signal values in time rather than magnitude. Unlike conventional voltage-, current-, or pulse-based methods, the IPI approach supports both communication and computation without domain conversion. The thesis presents new IPI-based circuits for signal conversion and arithmetic operations, validated through analysis, simulation, and CMOS implementation.
