Mitigating burnout and fostering resilience helps with overall PCP well-being. The Project Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) model could affect burnout through resource sharing and peer-support while utilizing a bidirectional all teach all learn? mentorship model. The Geriatric Care in an Age Friendly Health System ECHO (Geri ECHO) is a tele-mentoring program aimed to increase PCPs capacity to care for older adults in their local clinics by combining geriatric specialist-led didactics with group case discussions. Currently, there is no known study addressing how ECHO participation affects PCP burnout and resilience. Our study looks at the intersection of burnout, resilience and tele-mentorship for PCPs caring for older adults. The objective of this study was to evaluate if Geri ECHO participation changed Oregon PCPs self-reported feelings of burnout and resilience caring for older adults. 000010008 650__ $$aProblem Solving$$024609 000010008 650__ $$aMentoring$$011757 000010008 650__ $$aAged$$014351 000010008 650__ $$aPrimary Health Care$$024590 000010008 650__ $$aBurnout, Professional$$015909 000010008 650__ $$aResilience, Psychological$$038331 000010008 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000010008 7001_ $$aSchultz, Kali$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010008 7201_ $$aByerly, Laura$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$7Personal$$eMentor 000010008 8564_ $$925d8d74f-0f25-4e47-b97d-8870d27f8d7d$$s225251$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/10008/files/Schultz.Kali.2023.pdf 000010008 905__ $$a/rest/prod/sj/13/92/71/sj139271b 000010008 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:10008$$pstudent-work 000010008 980__ $$aScholarly Project Capstones
