Recurrent IgAN (r-IgAN) occurs in up to 60% of patients which may lead to allograft lost in kidney transplant recipients. The mechanism of recurrence is often multi-factorial; however, recent literature suggests risks including immunosuppression, transplant type, donor status [genetically living related vs unrelated] and recipient HLA characteristics. The objective of this single institution retrospective study is to evaluate r-IgAN and outcome of r-IgAN post kidney transplantation in patients who underwent kidney transplantation at our institution. 000010016 540__ $$fCC BY 000010016 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000010016 650__ $$aTransplant Recipients$$040758 000010016 650__ $$aKidney$$021185 000010016 650__ $$aRecurrence$$025242 000010016 650__ $$aRecurrence$$025242 000010016 6531_ $$aiga nephropathy 000010016 6531_ $$atransplant donors 000010016 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000010016 692__ $$aDepartment of Medicine$$041425 000010016 7001_ $$aTapp, John P.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$10000-0001-8594-8586$$041354 000010016 7001_ $$aHunter, Mariko A.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010016 7001_ $$aStake, Megan$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010016 7001_ $$aRehman, Shazad$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010016 7001_ $$aLockridge, Joseph$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010016 7001_ $$aAvasare, Rupali S.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010016 7001_ $$adeMattos, Angelo M.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010016 7001_ $$aOlyaei, Ali J.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010016 7201_ $$aOlyaei, Ali J.$$uOregon Health & Science University$$eMentor$$7Personal 000010016 8564_ $$9882c73e0-e30e-49d2-80d0-9700b5a3da77$$s10818675$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/10016/files/Tabb.John.2023.pdf 000010016 905__ $$a/rest/prod/x9/20/fx/66/x920fx66p 000010016 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:10016$$pstudent-work 000010016 980__ $$aScholarly Project Capstones
