Although the benefits of lung cancer screening have been proven in select populations per the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) guideline criteria, there is still a significant underuse of this preventative screening tool across the country. Lung cancer affects all populations but has been known to disproportionately affect the Native American community. This quality improvement project served to increase the identification of individuals at risk for lung cancer in a Native American, rural clinic. 000010023 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000010023 650__ $$aSmoking$$026083 000010023 650__ $$aMedical Informatics$$021938 000010023 650__ $$aLung Neoplasms$$021651 000010023 650__ $$aAmerican Indian or Alaska Native$$035484 000010023 650__ $$aTomography, X-Ray Computed$$027158 000010023 650__ $$aEarly Detection of Cancer$$038151 000010023 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000010023 7001_ $$aBarr, Nancy F.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010023 8564_ $$99cdd61ea-c542-44f3-8d92-410067adee01$$s661866$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/10023/files/Barr.Nancy.2023.pdf 000010023 905__ $$a/rest/prod/5h/73/pw/89/5h73pw89k 000010023 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:10023$$pstudent-work 000010023 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
