Long wait times for specialty prescriber care adds to this problem. Patient prioritization is an important facet of effective health care provision. In Clackamas County, rates of mental health conditions are higher than state averages. Transferring stable patients from specialty prescribers to primary care may improve access to psychiatric providers. Our project's aim is to promote discourse and consideration of transfer criteria from specialty psychiatric prescribers to primary care providers (PCPs) for comprehensive care. 000010047 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000010047 650__ $$aCommunity Mental Health Services$$016949 000010047 650__ $$aWaiting Lists$$027918 000010047 650__ $$aCase Management$$031347 000010047 650__ $$aQuality Improvement$$039456 000010047 650__ $$aPatient Acuity$$040012 000010047 650__ $$aPsychosocial Support Systems$$012101 000010047 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000010047 7001_ $$aLaPoma, Dario$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010047 8564_ $$9122ead57-68c9-4cfd-8af7-d7e9f17c3a4a$$s4028978$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/10047/files/LaPoma.Dario.2023.pdf 000010047 905__ $$a/rest/prod/w6/63/44/40/w6634440t 000010047 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:10047$$pstudent-work 000010047 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
