To better characterize workforce capacity challenges and support midwives at work, an estimation of the prevalence of burnout and plans for future employment are key. This project's main aim was to describe the midwifery workforce in Oregon. A secondary aim was to understand the workforce's status in relation to burnout, wellbeing, and employment plans. This study provides a demographic and employment snapshot of midwives in Oregon.
