Throughout the healthcare system, workplace violence is a growing issue of concern and psychiatric healthcare settings increase the risk of workplace violence. The implementation site for this project is a 24-bed acute behavioral health unit located within a non-profit hospital. Due to the restrictions from the Covid 19 pandemic, staff at the site in which this improvement project took place did not have any in-person trainings for over two years. The aim of this project was to train 100% of staff on workplace violence prevention through an in-person format. 000010058 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000010058 650__ $$aWorkplace Violence$$040423 000010058 650__ $$aInservice Training$$020862 000010058 650__ $$aBehavioral Medicine$$015416 000010058 650__ $$aInpatients$$020846 000010058 650__ $$aQuality Improvement$$039456 000010058 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000010058 7001_ $$aGalvan, Elizabeth A.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010058 8564_ $$9c1f45227-de72-4920-9467-7708840ff867$$s795769$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/10058/files/Galvan.Elizabeth.2023.pdf 000010058 905__ $$a/rest/prod/tq/57/nr/93/tq57nr93k 000010058 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:10058$$pstudent-work 000010058 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
