While benefiting from some health information technology seen in human healthcare, such as electronic health records (EHR), growth in areas such as clinical decision support (CDS) tool adoption rate slower in comparison. The demand for veterinary services has grown exponentially, and stress on the veterinary healthcare system worsened by the COVID-19 pandemic. Veterinary burnout trend seeing year over year increases, with over 50% of us veterinarians suffering burnout.
