The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends standardized screening to assess for social determinants of health at all patient encounters. The aim of this quality improvement (QI) project is to both increase the number of children being screened for SDOH and improve adherence to screening. This QI project took place in a non-profit pediatric primary care clinic that provides care for children two- weeks to 18 years of age. The Institute for Healthcare Improvement's Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) tool was used to accelerate change in small scale cycles. 000010115 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000010115 650__ $$aQuality Improvement$$039456 000010115 650__ $$aChild$$016462 000010115 650__ $$aPrimary Health Care$$024590 000010115 650__ $$aPoverty$$024482 000010115 650__ $$aSocial Determinants of Health$$040530 000010115 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000010115 7001_ $$aLuttrell, Jordyn A.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000010115 7201_ $$aNorman, Sharon$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$7Personal$$eChair 000010115 8564_ $$968b05eb8-34bc-49ba-9ee0-8516ef241f51$$s1582042$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/10115/files/Luttrell.Jordyn.2023.pdf 000010115 905__ $$a/rest/prod/cz/30/pt/49/cz30pt49g 000010115 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:10115$$pstudent-work 000010115 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
