Healthy eating index is a diet assessment tool and a higher overall HEI score indicates better diet quality and closer adherence to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. This project will bridge relationship gaps in the literature between maternal diet and weight and adipose tissue changes during pregnancy. This investigation is a secondary analysis of a prospective joint study conducted at Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research and Oregon Health & Science University to track adipose tissue and insulin sensitivity during pregnancy. 000010141 650__ $$aDiet Therapy$$017779 000010141 650__ $$aAdipose Tissue$$014265 000010141 650__ $$aPregnant Women$$034853 000010141 650__ $$aSugars$$012231 000010141 650__ $$aFructose$$019289 000010141 6531_ $$avisceral fats 000010141 6531_ $$asaturated fatty acids 000010141 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000010141 7001_ $$aBhakta, Simran 000010141 8564_ $$97211c692-8a2c-403c-8c27-1d9f31beb473$$s1224564$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/10141/files/Bhakta.Simran.2023.pdf 000010141 905__ $$a/rest/prod/z3/16/q2/45/z316q245g 000010141 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:10141$$pstudent-work 000010141 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
