To understand if targeting of alerts to primary care providers PCPs may be of value in decreasing alert fatigue we looked at the extent and accuracy of PCP identification within one organization-shared EHR and providers clinical decision support CDS use. We hypothesized that PCP identification in the system would vary by site would be accurate and that a PCP's response to alerts would be highest during a provider's primary care visits with their patients and lower when seeing a colleague's patients. 000002769 540__ $$fCC BY 000002769 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000002769 650__ $$aContinuity of Patient Care$$017053 000002769 650__ $$aPreventive Health Services$$024584 000002769 650__ $$aPrimary Health Care$$024590 000002769 650__ $$aReminder Systems$$029614 000002769 650__ $$aElectronic Health Records$$038928 000002769 650__ $$aData Warehousing$$012154 000002769 650__ $$aDecision Support Systems, Clinical$$032052 000002769 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000002769 692__ $$aDepartment of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology$$041422 000002769 7001_ $$aWeinfeld, Jeffrey$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000002769 7201_ $$aGorman, Paul$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$7Personal$$eAdvisor 000002769 8564_ $$9d644ed40-28f2-4b91-8301-148137ea1204$$s834374$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/2769/files/3539_etd.pdf$$ePublic$$21c4fde26e6a1170ba11cc730c01a2154$$31 000002769 905__ $$a/rest/prod/9c/67/wn/07/9c67wn070 000002769 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:2769$$pstudent-work 000002769 980__ $$aBiomedical Informatics
