Unfortunately, not all outpatient mental health settings have emphasized interdisciplinary teams for care provision and thus, communication between providers caring for the same patient can be fractured and inconsistent (Flin et al., 2003). The purpose of this project was to implement a formal interdisciplinary team meeting in a rural community mental health clinic (CMHC) so as to improve communication that occurs between various disciplines. 000003004 540__ $$fCC BY 000003004 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000003004 650__ $$aRural Health Services$$031299 000003004 650__ $$aMental Health$$022046 000003004 6531_ $$arural community mental health clinic 000003004 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000003004 7001_ $$aSchmidt, Erin$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000003004 7001_ $$aScharf, Margaret$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000003004 7001_ $$aCrusoe, Kristen$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000003004 8564_ $$9f531919b-e017-4967-a113-5e94933de6bb$$s212117$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/3004/files/3807_etd.pdf 000003004 905__ $$a/rest/prod/w0/89/2b/25/w0892b257 000003004 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:3004$$pstudent-work 000003004 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
