In vitro, CSF2RB R461C transforms Ba/F3 cells to factor-independent growth through ligand- independent activation and stabilization of CSF2RB. CSF2RB R461C increases downstream 2 activation of JAK2/STAT-5, and inhibition of JAK2 results in apoptosis, making this a potentially actionable clinical variant. 000003047 540__ $$fCC BY 000003047 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000003047 650__ $$aCell Line$$016284 000003047 650__ $$aCytokine Receptor Common beta Subunit$$037526 000003047 650__ $$aHematologic Neoplasms$$031549 000003047 650__ $$aOncogenes$$023203 000003047 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000003047 692__ $$aDepartment of Cell, Developmental and Cancer Biology$$041399 000003047 7001_ $$aWatanabe-Smith, Kevin$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$10000-0003-4231-8562 000003047 7201_ $$aDruker, Brian$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$7Personal$$eAdvisor$$eMentor 000003047 8564_ $$90f069b3b-8b9f-4e31-8940-98f1ebc02d56$$s4072714$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/3047/files/3877_etd.pdf$$ePublic$$23814325cf0c84452eb2dd1d57eb14b40$$31 000003047 905__ $$a/rest/prod/3n/20/3z/35/3n203z351 000003047 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:3047$$pstudent-work 000003047 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
