Evidence-based medicine helps ensure healthcare professionals and organizations will be using the most cost effective and efficient treatments that save money and time for insurers, providers and patients while also improving overall outcomes. Improving the usefulness of the systematic reviews to support policy makers, providers and patients is one way to bend the rising cost of care. The objective of this pilot project was to develop and test ways to present the results of a large, complex systematic review that would make them more useful to Learning Health Systems. 000003131 540__ $$fCC BY 000003131 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000003131 650__ $$aHealth Care Costs$$029646 000003131 650__ $$aQuality Improvement$$039456 000003131 650__ $$aSystematic Reviews as Topic$$012907 000003131 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000003131 692__ $$aDepartment of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology$$041422 000003131 7001_ $$aDunham, Kenneth$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000003131 8564_ $$9f5a1b3bc-0aa2-4481-ab96-91f12d1146f7$$s3260272$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/3131/files/4095_etd.pdf 000003131 905__ $$a/rest/prod/q5/24/jn/97/q524jn97m 000003131 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:3131$$pstudent-work 000003131 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
