The study aims to evaluate pulmonary fellows self-perceived competency, clinical preceptors perceived ability of fellows to provide longitudinal care, and fellows medical knowledge before and after participation in the track. While this pilot study has not yet been completed, the hope is that it will demonstrate that a subspecialty track in fellowship can improve the specialized care that pulmonary fellows provide. 000041327 540__ $$fCC BY 000041327 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000041327 6531_ $$aclinical teaching 000041327 6531_ $$askill-building 000041327 6531_ $$aspecialized care 000041327 6531_ $$aprofessional development 000041327 6531_ $$apulmonary specialist 000041327 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000041327 7001_ $$aGause, Sherie$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000041327 711__ $$aSymposium on Educational Excellence$$uOregon Health and Science University$$d2023 000041327 8564_ $$92cecae1b-5626-4f9b-b140-2698a6ad02cd$$s354433$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/41327/files/Abstract_SEE2023_GauseSherie.pdf 000041327 980__ $$aOHSU Symposium on Educational Excellence (SEE) 000041327 981__ $$aPublished$$b2023-07-21
