These gated paths required learners to complete a specific task before they could move on in the course. For this presentation, we aim to (1) demonstrate how to set up gated pathways in Sakai and (2) discuss benefits of utilizing gated paths. Having initially attempted this approach in two courses, we can share preliminary analytical data and qualitative data from students and faculty. 000041849 540__ $$fCC BY 000041849 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000041849 650__ $$aDentistry$$017565 000041849 650__ $$aGamification$$013713 000041849 650__ $$aMotivation$$022450 000041849 650__ $$aNursing$$023082 000041849 692__ $$aTeaching and Learning Center$$042356 000041849 7001_ $$aJones, Jeffrey$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000041849 7001_ $$aPatterson, Rita$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000041849 7001_ $$aCoriasco, Michael$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000041849 711__ $$aSymposium on Educational Excellence$$uOregon Health and Science University$$d2023 000041849 8564_ $$96778c746-0d28-4723-bfc6-77157e961603$$s139941$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/41849/files/Abstract_SEE2023_JonesJeffrey.pdf 000041849 980__ $$aOHSU Symposium on Educational Excellence (SEE) 000041849 981__ $$aPublished$$b2023-09-07
