A national study performed in PGY-1 residents demonstrated a lack of confidence in basic imaging skills, such as recognizing abnormal from normal findings, indications for ordering specific tests, and understanding adverse effects of contrast agents[2]. This study aims to evaluate the current status of medical imaging education during the pre-clinical years of medical education at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), and to use that information to design and integrate high-yield learning resources into the curriculum. 000041865 540__ $$fCC BY 000041865 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000041865 650__ $$aContrast Media$$017074 000041865 650__ $$aCurriculum$$017249 000041865 650__ $$aSchools, Medical$$025775 000041865 6531_ $$aclassroom/didactic teaching 000041865 6531_ $$aassessment of learning 000041865 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000041865 7001_ $$aLin, Lisa$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000041865 7001_ $$aNelsen, Sylvia$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000041865 711__ $$aSymposium on Educational Excellence$$uOregon Health and Science University$$d2023 000041865 8564_ $$9a8b563a0-b577-4376-876f-f8181f6f9c50$$s590187$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/41865/files/Abstract_SEE2023_LinLisa.pdf 000041865 980__ $$aOHSU Symposium on Educational Excellence (SEE) 000041865 981__ $$aPublished$$b2023-09-08
