Despite the need for home-based PC and the importance of nursing in addressing it, Saudi Arabia’s HHC programs are underdeveloped, and attention to HHC nurses’ PC practice has been lacking. There is an urgent need for research addressing this gap in knowledge to inform national policy and the development of home-based PC services in Saudi Arabia with a focus on nursing. Consistent with this need, the overall aim of this manuscript dissertation was to gather information from HHC nurses and leaders about PC practice to identify areas for future development of nursing programs and the nursing workforce. 000042003 540__ $$fCC BY 000042003 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000042003 650__ $$aPalliative Care$$023495 000042003 650__ $$aHome Health Nursing$$040455 000042003 650__ $$aKnowledge$$031571 000042003 650__ $$aChronic Disease$$016715 000042003 651__ $$aSaudi Arabia$$041124 000042003 6531_ $$ahome-based pallitative care 000042003 6531_ $$abarriers and facilitators 000042003 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000042003 7001_ $$aAlmulla, Halah A. 000042003 7201_ $$aHassouneh, Dena$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$eAdvisor$$7Personal 000042003 8564_ $$92bc05a57-d26e-4fd8-bc22-2c046eb23f4b$$s2404742$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/42003/files/Almulla.Halah.2023.pdf 000042003 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:42003$$pstudent-work 000042003 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations 000042003 981__ $$aPublished$$b2023-09-21
