This retrospective cohort study examined associations between dietary intake and one‑year fall incidence in 87 premenopausal women, including recent breast cancer survivors. Diet was assessed with the Block98 FFQ, and falls were self‑reported monthly. Log-binomial regression evaluated macronutrients and overall diet quality. Although results were not statistically significant, higher fat intake showed a trend toward increased fall risk, while moderate protein intake appeared protective. These patterns suggest diet may influence fall risk and warrant investigation in larger studies.
