This objective is listed as "Getting Worse" which indicates that we are further from meeting our target than we were at the beginning of the decade. As such, it is imperative that we focus our efforts in increasing this proportion for not only teenagers' current health & well-being but for their future health as well. Given that the CDC recommends 8 - 10 hours a night, it is important to research the multiple strategies that teenagers can utilize to achieve this amount.
