This quality improvement (QI) project took place at a primary care clinic serving a rural community in Oregon where roughly a quarter of adults reported having depression in 2017. This QI project sought to improve staff perceptions of accuracy and efficiency of the Clinic’s depression screening process, achieve greater staff satisfaction with provider notification of screening results, and increase depression screening rates. 000042718 540__ $$fPublic Domain 000042718 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000042718 650__ $$aDepression$$017614 000042718 650__ $$aPrimary Health Care$$024590 000042718 650__ $$aRural Health$$025632 000042718 6531_ $$adepression screening 000042718 6531_ $$a+PHQ-9+tablet 000042718 6531_ $$adepression screening result notification 000042718 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000042718 7001_ $$aMcAvoy, Eleanor$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000042718 8564_ $$952b1cc04-342a-4bb4-80d7-06b269a896c8$$s842945$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/42718/files/McAvoy.Eleanor.2024.pdf 000042718 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:42718$$pstudent-work 000042718 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations 000042718 981__ $$aPublished$$b2024-03-06
