Data was collected for two different Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles between October and December 2023. Recommendations and possible future steps were presented to the clinic that included further increasing ASQ screening at the SBHC, expanding to other SBHCs, identifying community resources available to patients, and cementing clear management policies for follow up post risk identification. 000042731 540__ $$fPublic Domain 000042731 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000042731 650__ $$aSuicide$$026555 000042731 650__ $$aPrimary Health Care$$024590 000042731 650__ $$aAdolescent$$014285 000042731 650__ $$aSuicide Prevention$$013911 000042731 650__ $$aQuality Improvement$$039456 000042731 6531_ $$asuicide screening 000042731 6531_ $$aASQ 000042731 6531_ $$asuicide risk 000042731 6531_ $$ayouth 000042731 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000042731 7001_ $$aMorrill, Alexa$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000042731 8564_ $$9c6513ad0-dfa6-41d6-b36c-d69694ff5817$$s1260291$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/42731/files/Morrill.Alexa.2024.pdf 000042731 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:42731$$pstudent-work 000042731 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations 000042731 981__ $$aPublished$$b2024-03-14
