Fidelity to the FIT model requires organizational responsiveness to client and staff needs in a ‘culture of feedback’. This quality improvement project engaged staff at an outpatient mental health organization in a needs assessment (NA), using principles from emerging client engagement models and models of system utility. It resulted in development of a recommended process to elicit client feedback about the organization's systems of care.}, number = {ETD}, doi = {https://doi.org/10.6083/bpxhc42876}, recid = {42876}, address = {2024-03-08}, }
