TY - GEN N2 - Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) is a model for integrating client feedback into care and has been shown to improve cost-effectiveness of mental health treatment. Fidelity to the FIT model requires organizational responsiveness to client and staff needs in a ‘culture of feedback’. This quality improvement project engaged staff at an outpatient mental health organization in a needs assessment (NA), using principles from emerging client engagement models and models of system utility.
