Fidelity to the FIT model requires organizational responsiveness to client and staff needs in a ‘culture of feedback’. This quality improvement project engaged staff at an outpatient mental health organization in a needs assessment (NA), using principles from emerging client engagement models and models of system utility. It resulted in development of a recommended process to elicit client feedback about the organization's systems of care. 000042876 540__ $$fCC BY 000042876 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000042876 650__ $$aQuality Improvement$$039456 000042876 650__ $$aMental Health$$022046 000042876 6531_ $$aroutine outcome monitoring 000042876 6531_ $$afeedback informed treatment 000042876 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000042876 7001_ $$aPierpont, Rebecca$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000042876 8564_ $$yPrivate- Fair Use Checklist$$9d71714a8-5ee7-4941-a9c9-df5ab6093ac5$$s41979$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/42876/files/Pierpont.Rebecca.2024-FairUseChecklist.pdf 000042876 8564_ $$95f0973ea-8df7-4791-b075-cb6b91d3413b$$s2953569$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/42876/files/Pierpont.Rebecca.2024.pdf 000042876 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:42876$$pstudent-work 000042876 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations 000042876 981__ $$aPublished$$b2024-04-29
