      abstract = {The aim of this QI project was twofold, improve SHC staff  confidence, knowledge, and practices in obesity management  and implement a standardized approach to identify and  provide evidence-based treatment. A 45-minute virtual  education was held that covered weight terminology, AAP  guidelines, weight bias, stigma, etc.  Pre-education  surveys and 4-month post-education surveys were collected.   The aim of this project was not met, post-surveys showed  improvements in both confidence and practice. Beliefs did  not illustrate improvement but illustrate how providers own  perceived beliefs may affect treatment and management.},
