Trainings and workshops were used among twelve studies to foster learning and resilience in nursing school, most being several hours in length. There is a pressing need to strengthen belonging and resilience in nursing education, with a desired outcome of increased resilience and retention in the profession. This project explores which of six brief and easy interventions students find most supportive of their belonging, learning, or resilience in the first term of their undergraduate nursing program. 000042952 540__ $$fCC BY 000042952 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000042952 650__ $$aStudents, Nursing$$026493 000042952 650__ $$aResilience, Psychological$$038331 000042952 650__ $$aEducation, Nursing, Baccalaureate$$018230 000042952 6531_ $$abelonging 000042952 6531_ $$aintervention 000042952 6531_ $$amindset 000042952 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000042952 7001_ $$10000-0002-6421-5874$$aWeymann, Kris$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000042952 7001_ $$aVlajic, Sara$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000042952 8564_ $$96251f2d2-8872-4be4-b0ca-f1c35a5cee1b$$s1026892$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/42952/files/Abstract_SEE2024_WeymannKris.pdf 000042952 980__ $$aOHSU Symposium on Educational Excellence (SEE)
