As a preventative measure for atrisk patients, dosimetry using four SPECT/CT scans is performed with the first cycle of Lu177 therapy. In this work, seven Lu-177 PSMA-617 dosimetry cases from patients treated at Oregon Health & Science University with SPECT scans taken at 4 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours post-injection were retrospectively analyzed for how omitting each of the scans in performing dosimetry would affect reported absorbed doses to the kidneys, liver, lungs, parotid glands, and tumor. 000043397 540__ $$fCC BY-NC-SA 000043397 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000043397 650__ $$aSingle Photon Emission Computed Tomography Computed Tomography$$011913 000043397 650__ $$aRadiopharmaceuticals$$031493 000043397 650__ $$aDrug Therapy, Computer-Assisted$$018088 000043397 650__ $$aRadiometry$$025112 000043397 650__ $$aNuclear Medicine$$023036 000043397 6531_ $$aSPECT 000043397 6531_ $$aPLUVICTO 000043397 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000043397 7001_ $$aDodson, Evan$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$10000-0003-1336-3938 000043397 7201_ $$aWinters, Celeste$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$10000-0001-8472-9568$$eAdvisor$$7Organizational 000043397 8564_ $$909075599-fdd7-4b8b-b823-c2bb9a2579c6$$s1238074$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/43397/files/Dodson.Evan.2024.pdf 000043397 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:43397$$pstudent-work 000043397 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations 000043397 981__ $$aPublished$$b2024-06-17
