000043702 520__ $$aDespite being one of the largest and fastest-growing immigrant groups in the U.S., Asian Indians are underrepresented in research. With the current investment and implementation of telehealth, there is a critical need to evaluate existing telehealth services to ensure they are inclusive and effective among diverse populations. This dissertation used a mixed methods approach to examine telehealth use among Asian Indians in Washington State. The findings revealed patient characteristics associated with telehealth use, practices to engage this population in a culturally appropriate way, and facilitators and barriers to telehealth use for Asian Indians.
