A rural firestation in Grants Pass, OR received a focused health educational module to improve health literacy and behavioral intent in seeking preventive care. Mirrored pre- and post- Likert scale surveys were provided to assess changes. Data were analyzed using mean Likert scores on a 5-point scale.
