This cross-sectional, mixed-methods study examined the associations between perceived cognitive function (PCF), coping style (CS), and work-related outcomes, and to evaluate coping as a potential mediator of the relationship between PCF and return-to-work self-efficacy (RTW-SE) among prostate cancer survivors treated with RT+ADT. A secondary aim explored demographic, psychosocial, and work-related factors associated with coping, and an exploratory aim examined survivors’ lived experiences of returning to work.
