This prospective cohort study evaluated the relationship between insertion torque and implant stability during healing dental implants using the AnyCheck and Osstell devices. Implants placed with lower insertion torque (15–34 Ncm) demonstrated greater increases in stability over time and achieved stability values comparable to implants placed with higher insertion torque (≥35 Ncm) after 12 weeks of healing. These findings suggest that moderately lower insertion torque values may still support successful implant osseointegration and stability development.
