My research focuses on cancer immunotherapy, biomaterials, and targeted drug delivery. During my M.S. in Biomedical Engineering, I investigated peptide amphiphile-based delivery systems for Toll-like receptor (TLR) 7/8 agonists to enhance anti-tumor immune responses while reducing systemic toxicity. My work integrates molecular design, drug conjugation, immune activation studies, and preclinical evaluation of novel cancer therapeutics.
