This dissertation examined latent subgroups of adverse childhood experiences among healthcare professionals in Oregon and whether subgroup membership was associated with professional quality of life and the prioritization of mental health access features. Using baseline data from the Oregon Wellness Program study, latent class analysis identified three ACE subgroups, and regression models examined associations with Burnout, Secondary Traumatic Stress, Compassion Satisfaction, and six mental health access features. Findings support a trauma-informed organizational approach to workforce wellbeing that attends to patterns of adversity exposure, professional quality of life, and access features such as confidentiality, affordability, accessibility, and institutional independence.
