Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive malignancy whose progression is profoundly influenced by the intricate and dynamic interplay of cells and the extracellular matrix within its tumor microenvironment (TME). Clustering identified 6 metastable states in this landscape: one effector-dominant attractor (S₆n, favorable immune control), two immune-escape attractors (S₆ exhaustion-dominant, S₆ spatially excluded), and three transient intermediates. This framework provides a principled, data-efficient approach to simulation-grounded therapeutic strategy design.
