To characterize the type and distribution of aortic pathology inLDS, describe associated clinical features, determine the timing of aneurysm and dissection onset, and evaluate the prevalence, type, and perioperativecharacteristics of surgical repair. Forty patients (53% female, mean age 44.16 ± 19.33 years) wereidentified. These findings support earlier operativeproactive surveillance strategy to reduce morbidity and mortality and mayinform guideline refinement for operative intervention in LDS.
