This study examined whether ADI predicts surgical delay in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) after adjusting for demographic and clinical factors. This retrospective cohort study analyzed 1,153 patients undergoing ACLR. Patients with delays had significantly higher ADI scores (mean 23.8 vs 19.8; p<0.001). In adjusted analysis, high ADI was associated with 92% higher odds of delay (aOR=1.92, 95% CI: 1.49-2.49, p<0.001). Level of Evidence: Level III (prognostic)
