The Pacific Northwest EPC has partnered with the USPSTF since 2001, having collaborated on more than 50 health screening topics by providing. Although the EPC plays a significant role in the development of USPSTF recommendations, measurement of the impact of the EPC’s work on clinical practice is difficult. Here, we present a case study of the downstream impact of one systematic review conducted for the USPSTF on screening for prediabetes in previously undiagnosed adults.
