The All of Us (AoU) Research Program is a promising data source for researchers interested in a wide variety of health research. With 596,000 participants (48.1% of whom come from underrepresented groups) who have completed initial study steps, data from a variety of sources (e.g., electronic health record, genomic, survey, and study measurement data). These data sources are powerful, and researchers must develop familiarity with each data element in order to accurately address their research questions while generating ethical and reproducible research.
