The study has demonstrated unusually high participant retention (>90% at 1- and 3-month follow-up surveys across a 6-month period), prompting this qualitative sub-study to examine contributing factors. Interviews are recorded and automatically transcribed, then reviewed, edited for accuracy, and de-identified prior to import into MAXQDA for reflexive thematic analysis. These findings highlight the importance of designing research that is both methodologically rigorous and experientially supportive.
