It is generally understoodthat the right ventricle (RV) has greater EAT compared to the left ventricle (LV). In non-CHD (2.05, 3.25, 4.23), d-TGA atrial switch (2.46, 2.03, 2.11), and arterial switch (4.35, 2.34, and 2.10) patients, the average RV: LV EAT was greater than 2.00 for 4CH, SA-SV, and SA-PM. In ccTGApatients, the R-sided morphologic LV: L-sided morphologic RV averages for 4CH, SA-SV, and SA-PM were 2.01, 1.04, and 1.40, respectively. These results highlight an area worth further study in order to investigate if these trends continue in a larger sample size.
