000000495 520__ $$aCardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of mortality and morbidity among middle-aged women in Thailand, largely due to physical inactivity, a key risk factor for CVD. Despite the known benefits of physical activity (PA), many urban middle-aged women participate in regular exercise at low rates. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of a motivational interviewing-based health coaching program (MI-BHCP) in promoting physical activity among Thai working women, compared to a traditional health education program (HEP).
