000000503 520__ $$aFibromyalgia (FM) affects millions of adults and contributes to significant functional limitations, particularly in older adults. This study examined symptoms, their relationship to physical function, and the moderating effects of age and comorbidity in adults aged 50 and older. Participants completed a 29‑item FM symptom scale, the Late-Life Function & Disability Instrument, and the Charlson Comorbidity Index. This cross-sectional analysis identified patterns of symptom burden and their association with perceived physical function, providing insight to inform multi‑modal interventions aimed at preserving independence in older adults with FM.
