Only 21.2% had an associated systemic immune‑mediated disease. Bilateral involvement and systemic disease association predicted better visual outcomes than unilateral or primary retinal vasculitis. Gender, baseline vision, and etiologic subgroup independently predicted visual improvement. This study provides one of the first U.S. analyses of retinal vasculitis across uveitis subsets and offers new insights into visual prognosis in affected patients. 000000589 540__ $$fCC BY 000000589 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000000589 650__ $$aVasculitis$$027737 000000589 650__ $$aRetrospective Studies$$025415 000000589 650__ $$aRetinal Vasculitis$$034005 000000589 650__ $$aUveitis$$027686 000000589 650__ $$aVisual Acuity$$027860 000000589 650__ $$aEye$$018810 000000589 650__ $$aTertiary Care Centers$$040090 000000589 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000000589 692__ $$aDepartment of Public Health and Preventive Medicine$$041444 000000589 7001_ $$aKu, Jennifer$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000000589 8564_ $$903cdc637-b412-4bf0-81b2-440edb135c63$$s282966$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/589/files/590_etd.pdf$$ePublic$$206c9da972a35d2c61eef428868bb6a7c$$31 000000589 905__ $$a/rest/prod/rf/55/z7/74/rf55z774x 000000589 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:589$$pstudent-work 000000589 956__ $$aGet Accessible Copy$$uhttps://ohsu.libwizard.com/f/requestaccessibledocument 000000589 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
