000000592 520__ $$aAgent Orange (AO), a dioxin‑contaminated defoliant used during the Vietnam War, has been associated with several adverse health outcomes, though evidence linking AO exposure to prostate cancer remains limited. This retrospective cohort study examined the association between AO exposure and prostate cancer among veterans referred for prostate biopsy at the Portland VA Hospital between 1993 and 2010. Clinical and demographic risk factors were analyzed using logistic regression to assess prostate cancer and high‑grade disease risk. This study aimed to clarify whether AO exposure contributes independently to prostate cancer risk after adjustment for established confounders.
