Although heavily studied with a wealth of available scientific data, little research has been directed at uniting the various biological metrics to test for novel genetic signals and markers that may be otherwise overlooked in singular studies. The current thesis addresses this by utilizing a combined, multi-method analysis to examine biological archetypes in colorectal adenomas by evaluating patterns of differential expression, co-expression disruption, protein product interaction, and transcription factor binding across an available selection of cancerous cell lines, patient colorectal adenomas and normal patient mucosa. 000000597 540__ $$fCC BY 000000597 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000000597 650__ $$aMicroarray Analysis$$035790 000000597 650__ $$aColorectal Neoplasms$$028197 000000597 650__ $$abeta Catenin$$036734 000000597 650__ $$aWnt Proteins$$036730 000000597 650__ $$aProtein Interaction Domains and Motifs$$037994 000000597 650__ $$aComputational Biology$$031511 000000597 650__ $$aAdenocarcinoma$$014225 000000597 6531_ $$aprotein-protein interactions 000000597 6531_ $$acolorectal cancer 000000597 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000000597 692__ $$aDepartment of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology$$041422 000000597 7001_ $$aMurchison, Charles$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000000597 7201_ $$aMcWeeney, Shannon$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$7Personal$$eAdvisor 000000597 8564_ $$96a3be1d1-0051-4db2-a720-76b1f9c87beb$$s1186655$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/597/files/598_etd.pdf$$ePublic$$24a2cadf64a2283daf896aca87bab2214$$31 000000597 905__ $$a/rest/prod/12/57/9s/28/12579s28n 000000597 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:597$$pstudent-work 000000597 980__ $$aBiomedical Informatics
