A retrospective review included 79 patients with 167 implants and a mean follow-up of 5.1 years. Dental implant radiographic residual bone height (DIRRBH) averaged 90.7%, with cumulative crestal bone loss of 1.03 mm. Survival rate was 96.8%, unaffected by gender, smoking, or diabetes. Patient satisfaction was high. Findings confirm excellent long-term outcomes for implants placed in a residency setting and introduce DIRRBH as a novel metric for implant success. 000000705 540__ $$fCC BY 000000705 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000000705 650__ $$aDental Implants$$028749 000000705 650__ $$aDental Implantation$$017510 000000705 650__ $$aRetrospective Studies$$025415 000000705 650__ $$aPatient Satisfaction$$029657 000000705 650__ $$aDental Implantation, Endosseous$$017511 000000705 691__ $$aSchool of Dentistry$$041368 000000705 692__ $$aDepartment of Periodontology$$041440 000000705 7001_ $$aFrisbie-Teel, Lisa$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000000705 8564_ $$9cd3ba412-11d2-456b-9703-c4bdd8e58c20$$s433144$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/705/files/707_etd.pdf$$ePublic$$2c7b381367d89eda09ecf3f0ba4dc43cb$$31 000000705 905__ $$a/rest/prod/tm/70/mv/18/tm70mv18h 000000705 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:705$$pstudent-work 000000705 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
