Completeness of 12 matched data fields and user perceptions were assessed across 263 procedures. Both methods achieved high completeness, with STN outperforming DCF for occlusal analysis (85% vs. 60%). Resident surveys favored STN for ease, speed, and perceived accuracy. Findings suggest structured treatment notes offer superior usability and efficiency, supporting improved data capture for clinical care and future dental implant research. 000000732 540__ $$fCC BY 000000732 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000000732 650__ $$aDental Implants$$028749 000000732 650__ $$aMedical Records$$021947 000000732 650__ $$aElectronic Health Records$$038928 000000732 650__ $$aSurveys and Questionnaires$$025037 000000732 650__ $$aElectronic Data Processing$$015239 000000732 691__ $$aSchool of Dentistry$$041368 000000732 692__ $$aDepartment of Periodontology$$041440 000000732 7001_ $$aDrake, Sunny$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000000732 8564_ $$9debbc14c-2190-4d57-a239-4cbabf519ecc$$s575092$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/732/files/735_etd.pdf$$ePublic$$2d92fac08e076b5cdae6682f5219b02c4$$31 000000732 905__ $$a/rest/prod/bz/60/cw/27/bz60cw27k 000000732 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:732$$pstudent-work 000000732 956__ $$aGet Accessible Copy$$uhttps://ohsu.libwizard.com/f/requestaccessibledocument 000000732 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
